Why This Exists
Back in early 2024, a friend running a small tourism site asked me why Google stopped indexing half their pages after they switched hosting providers. Turned out their new server was blocking Googlebot with an obscure robots.txt directive nobody noticed.
That conversation stuck with me because it highlighted how technical SEO problems hide in plain sight. You can write brilliant content and build great links, but if your site architecture confuses crawlers or your redirects create loops, none of it matters.
We built this program around the kinds of issues we actually see in South African businesses—slow server response times on shared hosting, broken canonicals after CMS updates, and hreflang mistakes that hurt multilingual sites. Every lesson uses real scenarios, not hypothetical theory.

Advanced ModuleWhat You'll Actually Do
This isn't about memorizing Google documentation. You'll troubleshoot real crawl errors using Search Console data from anonymized local sites, fix broken schema markup that's preventing rich results, and optimize JavaScript rendering for client-side frameworks.
Sessions run twice weekly with screen-sharing walkthroughs where we debug live issues together. Between sessions, you'll have access to sandboxed environments to test redirects, experiment with different canonical setups, and measure the impact of various caching strategies.
Crawl Budget Analysis
Identify where Googlebot wastes time on low-value pages, set up effective crawl rate limiting, and prioritize critical content using log file analysis tools you'll actually use afterward.
Structured Data Implementation
Deploy JSON-LD for local businesses, events, and products without breaking existing markup. Debug common schema errors that prevent enhanced SERP features from appearing.
Mobile Performance Optimization
Reduce Time to Interactive and Cumulative Layout Shift using lazy loading, critical CSS extraction, and server-side rendering techniques that work on budget hosting plans.
Ready to Fix What's Broken?
